NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS / ALL SALES FINAL - Any attempt to purchase prohibited firearms, magazines, ammo, or items for shipment where restricted will be canceled and charged a 100% restocking fee. If you buy something by mistake, or denied on your background check, our only option may be trying to help you sell those items here in our store on consignment.

FIREARMS & RECEIVERS - Only shipped to our store or another FFL (gun store) near you. Check all regulations before ordering. Some firearms and magazines may only be shipped here to our store. Requirements: background check, rifles & shotguns - buyer must be age 18+ with ID from approved states; handguns - 21+ with Colorado ID (See "No Refund" warning)

MAGAZINES - We do not ship magazines where prohibited. Any order attempting to purchase magazines where restricted will be canceled and charged a 100% restocking fee.  All Colorado sales of any magazines with a capacity greater than 15 rounds will ship to our store for compliance and/or modification prior to you picking them up here at our store in Rifle, Colorado.

AMMUNITION - You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Ammunition will be shipped only where legal. Shipping via ground with adult (18+/21+) signature required. All ammunition sales are final. Check your local laws for any other restrictions. (See "No Refunds" warning)

PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS - Items may not come equipted as shown. Inventory, items, descriptions, or prices may contain typographical errors. We do not guarantee that inventory, titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in description or price.

FEES - Most fees go to government/agencies like CBI, NFA, ATF. We do not keep it and they are subject to change without notice. As of this printing, fees are: Internet Transfers & Standard Firearms $49 and includes the CBI Fee - NFA/Class III Firearms $95 - ATF/NFA Tax Stamp $200 - EFT (electronic fingerprints) $95 - RMS (Multi-handguns) $5/ea - Credit/Debit Cards 6%

SECURE TRANSMISSION - All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A TLS or SSL Certificate creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

ORDER FULFILLMENT - All orders are shipped from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory usually within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on holidays & weekends. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Warranties are through manufacturers only. (Not responsible for delays in shipping/delivery.)
