I.D.P.A. stands for International Defensive Pistol Association.  www.idpa.com  This is civilian pistol competition focusing on small defensive handguns and their use.  These gun matches are scheduled on the 3^rd Saturday of each month at the Rifle Sportsmen’s Club.  www.riflesportsmensclub.org  They begin around 9:30 a.m. and all are welcome to watch or participate.  Cost is usually around the $20.00 mark or so.
